Distance Sales Agreement

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

(Hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)

Buyer: The real or legal person who places an order through the Seller’s website [renewaltouch.com].
(Hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”)

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of the product(s) specified below, which the Buyer orders electronically from the Seller’s website, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
Product: Cosmetic and skin care devices (e.g., facial EMS devices)
Price: The price indicated on the product page at the time of the order
Delivery Method: Shipped via FedEx
Estimated Delivery Time:

  • USA: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2–4 business days

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form, within the period stated above. The Seller is responsible for notifying the Buyer in case of force majeure or other issues that prevent delivery. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. However:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and must not have had contact with the skin.

  • For hygienic and health reasons, returns are not accepted for used or opened products.

  • If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the Seller within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

ARTICLE 6 – GENERAL TERMS

  • The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the product before accepting delivery.

  • By completing the order, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement becomes effective once approved electronically by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
In case of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

ARTICLE 8 – ENFORCEMENT
This Agreement enters into force upon being read and approved by the Buyer electronically.
